MusicMatters work in the music industry
and beyond transcends Cause Marketing.
We specialize in Effect Marketing (its
what comes after Cause Marketing). Going beyond
just promoting awareness of a cause or product,
our Effect Marketing campaigns incorporate
initiatives that encourage consumers to take action
and produce quantifiable results on important
environmental and social issues.
MusicMatters has created and managed several
major campaigns integrating marketing and activism,
including Ben & Jerrys Dave Matthews
Band One Sweet Whirled and Magic Brownies Campaigns,
Green Mountain Energy and TrueMajority.
In collaboration with Kim and Jack Johnson, MusicMatters
created the "EnviroRider," an environmental
handbook analyzing all aspects of touring and
production. This revolutionary model guides MusicMatters
work with the music industrys leading artists
and its unique partnership with the CLIF Bar GreenNotes
program. The EnviroRider is put into action on
artist tours and inspires thousands of fans to
take positive environmental action.
In addition to our music programs, MusicMatters
excels in direct-to-consumer interaction and brand
awareness for the organic and natural industries.
Our exciting organic and natural programs include:
Go
Organic! for Earth Day
Organic
& Natural Experience (ONE)
Experiential
